NCQA Surveys

Accreditation
From patient satisfaction
tracking to provider studies to drug naming studies, Chamberlain has in-depth
experience in the health care industry. As a natural extension of this
expertise, Chamberlain applied in 2002 to the National Committee for Quality
Assurance (NCQA) to become an NCQA-Certified survey vendor.
Chamberlain has been
certified by NCQA to conduct HEDIS/CAHPS® 3.0H/PPO and ECHO™ 1.1H
surveys. These surveys assess consumers’ experiences with their health
plans and are used throughout the nation by hundreds of HMOs, hospitals, and
governmental entities. There are less than 30 firms in the nation who are
certified by NCQA to conduct these surveys.1 To become an NCQA-Certified
vendor, CRC proved it had the capabilities, experience, and expert personnel
to accurately administer the surveys.
While Chamberlain has conducted CAHPS® surveys in the past for clients not seeking NCQA-accreditation,
Chamberlain is now able to assist any and all health care organizations wishing to
perform these surveys. Chamberlain has designated a core team of professionals who
have attended NCQA training and stand ready to help clients with conducting
CAHPS® surveys.

The Chamberlain Difference
Partnership
Chamberlain’s approach to business is one of partnership. We
feel the best way to serve our customers is to become their partners—working
through business problems, tackling research challenges, managing time and
budget constraints—working hand-in-hand to solve problems and produce
high-quality results. Not only are we committed to a high-quality result,
but also a smooth, hassle-free process for our clients. We have been highly
successful with this approach, as demonstrated by our large number of repeat
and long-term clients.
High-Level Service
The level of access you will have to our staff is
unlikely to be matched by other vendors. We have no bureaucracy to
navigate; the primary contact and backup contact you will have at our
company are individuals who are working directly on the project, have been
trained by NCQA, and have in-depth knowledge about the goals of the project
and its status, should you have any questions. Part of high-quality service
is making sure you are serviced not by a mid-level manager, but rather by
the person who can immediately make decisions and control your project to
ensure success.
Customization
We do not have hundreds of NCQA clients that we process
in exactly the same way, but rather, we serve the individual needs of a
handful of select clients, thereby providing more value to each client. Our
reports are custom-designed for each client, incorporating their needs, and
helping each one to get a higher return on their survey investment.
