Do you prefer a relaxed no-fuss deli spread or is 5-star dining more your forte? At CRC we strive to make your dining experience as memorable as your focus group experience. All menu items are prepared on-site by our in-house chef who has over 8 years of culinary experience under her apron. Can't Decide? Let our chef create an imaginative mouth-watering meal for your next group. If you have any special requirements or prefer a low-fat or vegetarian version of any item you see just let us know, we're always happy to be of service.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
A classic Caesar salad with slices of grilled chicken breast.

Chef's Salad
A bed of greens with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, hard boiled eggs, sliced ham and turkey with dressing choices.
Side Salads

BLT Pasta Salad
Bow tie noodles with thick sliced smoked bacon, cherry tomatoes, and wilted greens tossed with light mustard vinaigrette.

 
Panzanella
An Italian bread salad made with croutons, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, ripe tomatoes and red onion.

Black Bean Salad
Black beans, red bell peppers, corn, hominy, and green onions, tossed with smoky barbecue vinaigrette.

Available in Southwestern, Deli, Vegetarian, or a combination.

Deli Tray
Our freshly made deli trays are piled high with ham, turkey, and roast beef, an assortment of cheeses, and all of the accompaniments that make a sandwich great. Served with hard rolls and pickles this makes an impressive no-fuss meal for clients and respondents alike.

Classic Lasagna
Made with three cheeses, Italian sausage and a rich tomato sauce. Or try our vegetarian version made with seasonal vegetables.

Pasta Primavera
Bow-tie pasta cooked al dente and tossed with green and red bell peppers, broccoli spears, julienne carrots, baby peas, and zucchini in a light vegetable herb sauce.

Spicy Enchiladas
Spicy chorizo sausage cooked with onions and bell peppers are topped with pepper jack cheese and wrapped in a corn tortilla, covered with a zesty red sauce and baked to perfection.

Chicken Enchiladas
Hand shredded chicken and Monterey jack cheese make up the base for these irresistible enchiladas. They are smothered in a mild roasted tomatillo sauce and garnished with green onions and sour cream.

Vegetable Beef Stew
For the heartiest of appetites. Browned sirloin and mixed vegetables are simmered in a rich beef broth and served over garlic mashed potatoes.

Herbed Beef Tenderloin
Fresh basil, thyme, and rosemary along with Dijon mustard and pepper are rolled into a butterflied beef tenderloin and seared to seal in the juices then cooked to order; from rare to well done. Try this with asparagus and roasted sweet potato wedges for a meal you won't forget.
