We have focus groups facilities in both Madison and
Oshkosh, Wisconsin. These are state-of-the-art facilities that include:

Chamberlain Research
Consultants was established in 1988, and in 2000 moved to a newly
built facility that houses three large focus group rooms, a test
kitchen, and an on-site phone bank. Each focus group room has a
spacious, comfortable observation area and the latest technological
advancements. Our project managers, moderators, and hosts provide
five-star service from your studys start to finish. Our on-site phone
bank ensures a smooth recruit, with up-to-the-minute progress reports
available at any time. We are experienced in recruiting, moderating,
and hosting groups nationwide, and we can provide executive summaries,
PowerPoint presentations, and detailed reports to pull everything
together. We also have two moderators with 20 years experience on
staff. CRC is centrally located, with convenient interstate and airport
access. Other services include full-service quantitative research,
mystery shopping, data entry, and tabulation.

Chamberlain Research
Consultants opened its newest branch office in 2003. With the same
great service and attention to detail as the Madison office, this new
facility was established to serve the growing needs of the Fox Valley
area. This location has a large focus group room with an observation
suite, a 20-seat phone bank for in-house recruiting, and on-site
management. Conveniently located behind Oshkoshs Prime Outlets Mall,
it attracts residents of the Oshkosh, Appleton, Green Bay, Madison, and
Milwaukee area, as well as visitors to the Experimental Aircraft
Association (E.A.A.) Museum and Air Show located just miles away. As an
extension of CRC-Madison, we are experienced in recruiting, moderating,
and hosting groups nationwide, and we can provide executive summaries,
PowerPoint presentations, and detailed reports to pull everything
together. Other services include full-service quantitative research,
mystery shopping, intercept studies, data entry, and tabulation. |
Other Facilities
Over time, we have established a preferred network
of fieldwork partners throughout the nation (and the world). We only
contract with those organizations we believe can meet our own,
demanding, five-star expectations. We constantly monitor our partners
and their treatment of clients and participants to assure this level of
service continues to meet our high expectations.
