Executive Interviewers

Our executive interviewing team is the elite of our
field staff: experienced, poised, mature men and women who can interact
with executive respondents on a professional level. Many join our staff
after careers in other fields, and some are promoted through the ranks
after demonstrating exceptional ability in opinion research. They have
been specially trained by our focus group moderator in the subtleties of
in-person interviewing and are highly proficient in probing for complete
and meaningful answers. |
When assigned to a research project, they are briefed
on the entire scope of the project so they understand how the
interviews they conduct fit into the whole and how findings will be
used. Our interviewers know how to “go with the flow,” |
exploring ideas that present themselves, probing thoroughly, adapting
the discussion guide to the individual respondent, while diligently keeping in
mind the purpose of the interview.
These interviewers are
adept at networking to the correct respondent, usually with only a
company name to guide them. Our executive interviewers are able to find
and engage even the most hard-to-find respondents, whether CEOs, brain
surgeons, or computer-chip engineers. |
